What we need is much, much better information, which is something the authors are asking for.
So we need to know which blunt-ended vehicles are more likely to kill.

And the other case that I mentioned from a few weeks ago was an 'accident'. People are hit and killed on sidewalks, and in crosswalks with the right of way, on a daily basis across North America.
But people in this country view cars as status symbols, so they treat them like bejeweled codpieces in a Black Adder skit.
most government regulations are on cars and NOT trucks. SUVs are considered TRUCKS.
