Why are they fighting this? That is the question that needs to be asked. What difference does one day make? This lawsuit makes absolutely no sense unless there is something shady going on.

If they meet and vote on only one day, they violate either state or federal law and they risk their votes not being counted for that reason. Or if they vote both days, they risk their duplicate votes being considered "contested" and not counted for that reason, even if the votes are identical.
