Let's just cut to the chase and issue an OSC to Bondi herself. If we're going to have this fight, do it at high noon with the whole world watching. I don't want the rule of law to die with a whimper. I want (legal) guns blazing and for the judge to dress Fascist Barbie down.

I think they're done participating in this court. I'm guessing they show up and tell the judge that as far as they are concerned, the proceeding and this court's authority are over. The administration will 'comply' with the SC order in their own good time.
