If it's an administrative rule then the executive can order that it be repealed through the rule making process, they can't just repeal it themselves. To do otherwise violates the APA's prohibition on arbitrary and capricious changes.
It's also the easiest, most thoughtful (clearly graph-based) collection of information I think I have ever seen an American government create. At least we know now that the information is more harmful than helpful to organized criminal organizations.
