Some of the best recording studios I’ve ever been in have been in total shitholes with a great vibe to them. I have created some of the most groundbreaking songs (for me, anyway) in those crappy little studios.

BUT they’ve ALWAYS had a jive little bodega or Taco shop within walking distance! 🤣❤️🤘🏻
