Don't get your hopes up too high, both AZ Supreme Court justices Clint Bolick and Kathryn King, who were responsible for the upholding the draconian 1864 abortion ban, both won their retention elections last Nov, so they're both still on the AZSC, and will most likely overturn this ruling.

Why does it always require Courts to decide whether we the voters can get our own bodily autonomy back? In Oregon, voters passed Gun Safety Laws and a Judge in a Red County blocked the will of the people. And now Trump ignores the Constitution entirely and GOP Congress is fine. We are messed up.
