I can sort of imagine what it would be like, based on what turmoil we’ve already experienced and based on some “fictional” predictions in books/shows, like Handmaid’s Tale. The US split because the ideologies and philosophies of the far right were too extreme, it sparked a civil war

Yes, definitely. It already boiled over to a literal shooting war once. And they were trying to create a separate homeland. Now we should give everybody that. And for the people who are "left behind," I obviously feel a ton of sympathy. Over a hundred years, they could have moved to the country
