Yeah, the thing with Pettitte is so much of his case is built on unusual longevity and consistency into his late 30s and 40s, and we know he used HGH multiple times in his 30s. Hes almost certainly not even close to a HOFer without PEDs!

The rule seems to be: if you were good enough to make it without HGH and still took it, you’re out. But if you were fringe and HGH helped you play 18 years to get enough counting stats then you’re in?
