a) It’s overturned, and

b) The country lasts long enough for it to be overturned.

"Is it an exaggeration to say Trump might have someone killed?" Look up Michael Reinohl. I used to comment in Popehat's threads (until he asked me not to) that defenders of the law always seemed to ignore prior cases where the law was infringed or just made up in order to idealize the law

On a basic level, who desires power, like that of a Supreme Court justice, then proceeds to undermine their own with their own decisions??? Everything aside. A very weird play.

TDS(Trumpty Derangement Syndrome) is real just like many other projections he uses unfortunately.
