Can confirm. My dad lived on a houseboat just down from Hammer House/Bray Studios and the “swan uppers” rowed past every now and then counting the swans on the Thames.

One time I was treated to the spectacle of a guy on a bike getting turd bombed by a huge swan. It was amazing, so much green goo!
