Any plant bods out there know what’s up with my Monstera? I never leave it standing in water, water it every 3 weeks, more in the warmer seasons. Fertiliser every 5-6 weeks. It’s in a corner of a south facing room, so sometimes full sun but other times in shade. No infestations that I can see.

Helps if you stand it in a dish of expanded clay pellets with water. Can't fix the already browning leaves but helps prevent new ones.
