In any case, life with regulations is not funny as an SME. I think a key thing is to only sell a limited number of different items. That way, there is less regulation.

This will make selling to NI more difficult but at least we have England, Scotland and Wales, but If your in NI and don't or can't comply then even selling to your own country let alone the rest of the UK.
