And THIS is very refreshing.
It feels like we are moving forward. We all know Brexit was a horrendous farce. We need our leaders to say it. And then we can have fresh, clear conversations.

The moderates always give in. They capitulated to the ERG.
Their big problem is that their members pick the leader. As you suggest, they are heading in the reform direction at the moment.
Starmer's red lines need to go. Now.
Hahaha Tories gonna Tory.
If history is to be believed she might state that the Chagos Islands are part of the EU and labour’s brexit caused grooming gangs
She is pretty well teflon from the right.

If you think psychopaths will suddenly "learn" and start cooperating, I think you will be disappointed.
Using that knowledge to try and gain votes.
Once a racist, always a racist, and she's as racist as they come.
She's not saying it because she believes it; she's saying it because criticising others it's how she feels she strengthens her position (when she has nothing to offer)
It's also not the start of a step forward from the Tories towards European cooperation - no change
(Bloody 'autocorrect'!!!)
Weird and unhinged.
Call me cynical, but farage and johnson both are only where they are because they told fantasy stories with no plan, stories their supporters so want to believe.
This harpy is an arch Hard Brexiter, hapless, morally bankrupt & unscrupulous. It is political opportunism to call out Labour's spinelessness & inability to make Brexit work. Badenoch will claim that Blukip are the true Brexit party.
Everyone knows Brexit has been an utter disaster and there was never *any* kind of plan that might have made it any less of a catastrophe for the country.
She’s nothing left to lose now that Reform have set up camp on Tory HQ’s front lawn…

The Tories are mercenary beyond belief. If they think there is serious electoral mileage in Rejoin, they’ll go for it. Maybe not immediately, but the next leader.
She is a small state, zero reg fanatic. She will never back the EU.
Blatantly obvious that any speech in which she criticised Brexit would involve that magic, working Brexit that is just around the next deregulation
Not read anything Badenoch has written?
He's a bright lad, absolutely no way he really thought Badenoch was suddenly going to turn into some sort of born again remainer
The Conservative Party is reform like in its refusal to see reality
I would much prefer a fact based discussion on the pros and cons of that and I would rejoin as part of a manifesto commitment and not have a referendum
2016 potentially permanently damaged political discourse in this country and we need to change that
"we will set out policies to make Brexit work, Labour can't do that" I'm betting she will say.
We should challenge Brexists on why it isn't their communism!
(*and of course never will be, so the excuse can be recycled many times)
Plan!
Like Douglas Adams' God, she'll vanish in a puff of logic before long ...
Which way did she vote?
It's the same line of excuse as Fauxrage is trying to escape Brexit criticism.
THEY chose Johnson a serial fuck-wit and liar.
A man renowned for never having a plan.
Brexit is Great - but all the people (she supported BTW) that 'got it done' wrong
Still too afraid to talk about the reality of what stepping outside of the EU actually meant.

After all the No, Never, Not A Chance.
I'll skip a trip to the bookies this week.
However I don't trust Badenoch and think this will be some sort of sop, like there was a better Brexit but it went to a different school.
Smart move. Most young Tories (those that still exist) are pro-EU. Particularly those around Westminster… and they’re the ones most likely to become Conservative MPs in the future.

From what I have seen, she says that "leaving without a plan" was wrong.
But I haven't seen anything which relates to what the plan, in her view, should have entailed.
Surely more likely that will comprise of a "harder" Brexit, rather than one which reverses the original?
Rowing back from Brexit in any way, shape or form would end her leadership & be suicidal for the Tories.
And they are currently working for MPs or volunteering for the Tories. But hey, I really hope I'm wrong.
Hence I’m not sure we can take this from Badenough seriously.
She wants reform voters.
