I hate that stuff. I am a tall person, and sometimes I arrive early for a concert so I can be close to the stage, and if someone is shorter than I am, well, dem's da breaks. They have more legroom in an airplane.

At 6’7”, I *always* feel bad at concerts and movies so I tend to stay towards the back or sides when possible. Sometimes blocking someone’s view is just unavoidable though.

i’ve noticed a lot of taller people tend to do this (overly respectful), and some want to be on the rail at the front of the pit, which is fine. no one wants to have their view obstructed, but the entitlement of some concert viewers who scream at tall people is really the worst.

As a 7-footer, I don't really go to 'people are going to stand up' concerts because if everyone's standing, I can't see if sitting, but if I'm standing, no one behind me can see. Had a situation like that last year, thankfully the guy behind me was like, "Dude, you deserve to stand and see too."
