The existing private companies often rely on the USPS for the last leg of rural deliveries so this would just be the end of mail for them entirely.

If you privatized USPS, rural postage rates would probably triple and all the rural post offices would close.

As it is, health care is barely available and now no mail?

They're not screaming about how rural Americans are inherently superior to anyone living in a city on or a coast, which is obviously contempt.
