Yeah a bit unfair. Summerhill is indeed in the image. I recognized the area from the bend in Shaftesbury and the sound wall behind the buildings on the south side of Shaftesbury.

Imagine thinking Toronto has just the right amount of housing, or too much housing and that this development pattern is reasonable. Uhh, right there is why the city is so expensive. The missing middle is in Montréal.
