Aside from the trad wife propaganda, this is classic "the best parents are always the people who aren't parents" vibe. I would pay good money for a website devoted to people pre-registering these kind of claims before they have kids.

Posts like this are designed to guilt women into stay-at-home motherhood. Because if this is what counts as "good mothering," then there's no way to be a "good mom" working for pay full-time.

I say this as someone who explained to the daycare workers for child 1 that we don’t really watch TV. My nearly-adult children find that story HILARIOUS.
So much of what we do depends on the hand we are dealt & resources we have. It's all unpredictable - we do what we can.
