Like dude our skins are plenty thick, the systematic barriers are still there.
Not the same struggle obs but the lengths people will go to in excusing their own bigotry is absurd.
With the premise "racism can never be solved", "just give up then" is support for it.
How does that work? The racist hiring manager sends a rejection letter, but because of being immune to it, the letter bounces off and becomes a job offer?
