Now. Thanks entropy. It used to be, as most insurance is intended, a way to recover from an unexpected loss. A lot of people pay in, and claims are paid from that fund. You submit your claim and they reimburse covered amounts. Then they wanted more, it didn't work but they kept moving forward.

Biden has micro managed Ukraines war from get go to force Zelensky to negotiate. From refusing long range attack weapons, sending old weapons to denying permission to hit Russia.

Biden even refuses to give back the nuclear weapons Ukraine gave to US under this treaty the US refuses to honour.

The US and UK encouraged Ukraine early on NOT to negotiate with Russia when Ukraine was in a stronger position after resisting Russia's initial invasion, so I don't think Biden has been trying to force Ukraine to negotiate.

Biden gave permission for Ukraine to use rockets a few months ago for one reason.

He feared that unless he did so the whole Ukrainian front lines would collapse before a Russian advance and hence that would affect his election poll ratings.
