Very kind of you, Jaki. Yes, I've dabbled with art, created a few pieces, but I've mainly focused on writing poetry, short stories... just as a hobby, nothing serious, or anything I've gone public with. Perhaps, in my retirement years. ✍🏼🤔

In my husband’s family, the artistic gene has variously shown itself in art (my MiL and both my sons), photography (everyone) and music (my husband). My family OTOH have two left hands -my only hope was always photography which I really enjoy.

Not exactly sure, Soul Metal. Perhaps since both of these events have a prominent role in Hungarian history, and in the Hungarian psyche. In both battles, a successful defense was made against an overwhelming invading force. Let us hope and pray for a similar outcome in Ukraine today. 🙏🏼🕊️
