I'm not sure that title has been deserved in many years anyway? These days us non-Americans look to Canada, Australia, Germany, France etc. to provide a democratic & moral voice in an increasingly chaotic world.
Yes, our government is. They cannot be trusted at home or abroad. And if you consider the fact they cut funding to the agency that is helping keep the Ukraine power grid working BEFORE the meeting, it’s really looking like it was a setup. Trump is a traitor.
Zelenskyy should never come to the United States again. He should write off Trump and this current regime of the United States. Make stronger and more mutually beneficial alliances with the EU. I’m sure they will be even more amicable now that they realize Trump is 100% fully aligned with Putin.
