This is completely on-brand from them. Right from the start of the D20 era they were notorious for prioritising quantity over quality and cutting corners in editing to pump out as many books as fast as possible.

I appreciate the info that they didn't create the logo.

But they did post it themselves making it look like they're ok with AI use in relation to their works, which is still awful.

Mongoose is now apologizing, emphasizing that the art is not from them but from a fan event, and admitting that even reposting AI art from someone else was a mistake. They also say they've taken if down.
