DOJ doesn't have the order which even if they did still wouldn't justify sending him to a prison in El Salvador.
Again: if there's a group that doesn't get due process, then nobody actually has due process, because the government can always just say you're in the group without it.

DOJ lawyer Erez Reuveni says Abrego-Garcia is subject to a 2019 removal order that was valid to deport him to other countries but not El Salvador. Judge asks if Reuveni has a copy. Reuveni: "I do not have that order. It is not in the record." ???
