Game directly won't shut up about how the act of playing a videogame is the same as being a performer rehearsing on the stage due to the constructed space of "play" and how devs providing the narrative is like a theatre script undergoing adaption and transformation by the player into theatre
Directly agonising over writing woes, how scenes are interpretable, how they can and will be transformed, the fear of unintended transformation, and (!) how without the player witnessing the execution of the narrative via actors there is an empty stage, no actors, no theatre, no living humans
