I’m actually going to San Francisco bc my uncle lives there. I’ll have to get my own place eventually but I’ll have to get a roommate for sure since the rent is super high lol

Oops I let it happen and wow housing prices are actually sane over there!! Keeping an eye on job postings in the IT field now, but I still know the right thing to do is let this sit for awhile instead of jumping at it then hating myself when the hyperfixation wears off and I'm halfway done.

I’m now trying to dig into the rail history of the area, as a “wye” is very much a thing, though exactly the same idea- a three way “y” of tracks. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wye_(rail) Minor differences in origin, but if the railroad was the first major though fare in the area, it explain the spelling
