It's cool seeing the protests but it's hard not to think they're only based on their own money or benefits being touched and a ton of them could see a million Israeli war crimes or ICE disappearances and not give a shit.
holding a Free Mahmoud sign there was an interesting experience. I got a good amount of nods and comments but for many it’s only because it happened under Trump and they hadn’t thought about him since it left the news cycle, like you could see it in their face “oh yeah that guy, terrible thing”
