I worked the front office at the North Hollywood stages where Al shot the video for "All About the Pentiums". I was a complete nobody in the pecking order of people who he'd be dealing with directly, but he still made a point of introducing himself to me. Good guy.

At a meet and greet after a show, my wife and I were fiddling with the camera and our daughter was reluctant to step up to the table alone. I looked at Al and said "I'm sorry, she's a little intimidated." He responded "she's intimidated?! *I'm* intimidated" and stuck out his hand to her and said
