And now putin is threatening nuclear weapon use. Not saying he will but it's a constant threat and if he gets desperate enough and backed into a corner you can bet your last dollar he'll definitely use them then.
Shaun the decision is very welcome but you have to question the timing. Trump will probably overturn this in 6 weeks so Ukraine needs to pummel Russia in this time frame. The decision actually makes me angry. Ukraine could have been doing this for 6 months
What about them? They have had 3 years to use nukes and we have crossed so many red lines they keep bluffing. It’s time to stand up to a bully and go all in
Go for Moscow, hit it hard. Putin has to regret ever having tried to bring Ukraine kicking & screaming back into the wizened arms of mother Russia. He’s completely delusional. Look at Georgia, the people’s voice vs what he wants. The sooner he’s gone, the better.
Finally indeed! Ukraine has waited much too long for this but I’m glad this has finally been authorized! Now time to give Ukraine all the equipment and ammunition it needs to repel the enemy back to Russia.
Shaun, doesn't it seem unwise to make this announcement before striking the targets? It seems now russia can just move their key equipment and personnel offsite.
I would have given the silent nod, blown up the airbases, then announced.

This war is literally the war NATO was made for ... the collective stability of ALL of Europe.
For Putin to use nuclear weapons would affect China his most powerful ally.
Good news, but still bloody limitations 😡
Even if that does happen, we still have Scalp and Storm Shadow
2. Define "Russian Territory"

Or is there a downside to that approach?
Surprise would take then but I guess targeting and intel is so important with such scarce & expensive missiles
Shame it only Kursk
