Its a bit dirgy but it wouldn't stick out too much on some of their albums. You can't compensate for all the time knowing it's a cut'n'shut retrospective oddity of a tune - that knowledge affects how you hear it probably.

Each of the new releases, from Free as a Bird onward, sounds more like ELO than the Beatles. Jeff Lynne had far too much influence as co-producer.

I can't recall it off hand, not the melody or the lyrics, not really. Not like I can think of the first two notes of Hey Jude and then off the whole damn lot starts pootling around my head. I can remember the video though, so that's my controversial opinion, video better than the tune.
