At least two key pieces of evidence in the Wednesday killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson continued to evade investigators Saturday, including an electric bike the suspect rode and the gun used in the killing.

It's a terrible place to throw a weapon though, you'd be far better off just burying it somewhere that won't be dug up like ever. Waterways are some of the first places they look. There are videos of magnet fishers that find loads of guns under bridges.
It’s strongly standing out re the investigation into the CEO of Unitedhealthcare, Brian Thompson’s shooting, that Law Enforcement and media is just blatantly telling us that a wealthy CEO’s death and investigation is of paramount importance as compared to murders perpetrated on us regulars.
A soldier who was killed on a military base got less coverage and government investigations than this dead CEO. I guess vigilantism gets rewarded with attention.
People love to give cops a hard time, but they’re doing great work. Really all that’s left is to find the murder weapon, his means of escape, and anything that gives the slightest insight to who this guy was beyond being a white guy in a mask. We are so close.
Police have been pretty on this guys case yaknow. Back off a bit maybe. Coincidences happen. It’s just a one time thing we can learn from, no harm no foul this time yeah?
She looked my post calling her a bootlicker. I think she thought I was calling you that. She’s not challenging anything. She’s out of touch and trying to push the narrative of killers with pens.
Who are you exactly? Do you not understand this moment? Have you ever struggled when trying to get meds? Treatment? Been written off for dead by this insurance company? I have. I’m fortunate to have resources from my family, many aren’t.
I’ve witnessed people dead at my office door. Patients dropped off on the streets by ambulance because they were stable and not allowed to recover because they didn’t have the right insurance. Like, fuck all the way off. Celebrate this man’s death.
Right? Who’s this asshole? Unfortunately Jeff Bezos’s newspaper is very disappointed in you. Oh no, another CEO is very sad that people are mad. I’m so ashamed of my behavior. I’ll go back to being nice and complacent.
Celebrating murder and supporting domestic terrorism is still MORE problematic than our dysfunctional healthcare system.
Maybe instead of that, we should support the US political party with a track record of improving the healthcare system over the one run and controlled by CEOs.
This was done by the VP pick for the dems. It only became a story and started mattering to you once he became the VP pick. You don’t care about kids lunches unless its some bigshot that associated with it and then you try to screwhole it to support a murderer.
Come to understand that the average person is happy for the death of this healthcare Nazi. Pay attention to the real people CNN. You are always on trial. Remember the people run the guillotine.
Exactly! Sending thoughts and prayers to his family. Him? Good riddance, we need more people like him as much as we need holes in our heads. I’m tired of being told ‘All Americans are created equal, but some are created more equal’.
the police arrive at a crime scene .....figure out in the first 3 minutes who they are going to pin it on ,,collect only evidence that will pin it on that person then proceed ----seen it first hand , that's why I make a terrible juror
Yeah because when a CEO decides that thousands of children don't deserve life saving cancer coverage leading to deaths or the family losing homes it's just "cost of business"
But when a single man takes revenge for that it's barbarism
I understand liking bad boys but that doesn’t mean you hook her up to a bad deal. Think of the consequences if some day he does get caught after he gets hitched to your granddaughter. Do you really want your great grandchildren to meet their father behind the plexiglass window.
Intentional misdirection again, just like with Jeffrey Epstein's death. The story is not about the shooter, nor is it about the fact that Mr Thompson sacrificed hundreds of thousands of lives for profit. It's about what he was going to reveal and powerful billionaires had him killed.
All the resources that NYPD is wasting, and I remember when a baby was shot in the head in the Bronx by a guy who lived in the Bronx because it was obviously a gang shooting, and nobody ever got caught, even though the shooter was local and they just had to talk to locals https://abc7ny.com/nyc-crime-bronx-baby-shot-recovery/13584144/
Just stop looking for him already!! Waste of resources and taxpayer money going into looking for him. Please funnel those resources into something more important like Medicare for all.
It is a pitty the NYC police do not apply half as much effort to https://www.thecity.nyc/2023/02/16/n... as they are to one murder of a healthcare executive.
We are appalled at the murder. Sincere condolences to family and friends.
The U.S. rations healthcare by paycheck. 'Not one person from a country with universal or single payer health care has ever protested to get rid of it, and they don't go bankrupt over medical bills. The U.S. should catch up.
I have healthcare thru United via my job, it's not entirely bad. It's definitely one of the better ones out there but your coverage is certainly dependent on the policies you buy into. My job pays the bulk of my premiums so I have things like hospitalization and short long term disability too.
If you work for smaller companies good insurance can be expensive, $150 or so a week for medical, dental, and vision. My workplace pays my dental, vision, life insurance, and short term disability fully and my premium family healthcare plan isn't expensive. I get a big discount on everything else.
In the US jobs offer healthcare incentives as part of their compensation. Large companies with loads of employees can make insurance cheaper because they get discounts from the insurer due to how many people they bring. Some companies pay more of the premiums than others, I pay around $40 per week.
Eric Adams, New York Mayor, said PUBlLICLY they know who the suspect who killed CEO Brian Thompson was, but they don’t want to identify him because then he will know they are onto him ?????
An actual Day of Reckoning for Wall Street CEOs and Healthcare CEOs and damn near all Washington lobbyists is long overdue and I hope this guy gets away Scott free.
I haven't heard anyone describe the current visibility in the lake. I've done enough diving to know that visibility varies greatly and that low visibility isn't conducive to locating relatively small items, like guns!
This UnitedHealthcare shooting seems to have been pretty well planned. The electric bike and the gun were probably tossed in someone's car trunk and are now slowly sinking into the Lake Superior mud next to Jimmy Hoffa.
Unfortunately, justice also has a price tag. I doubt that the 386 homicides in 2023 the NYC would have the same dedication of resources to find the culprit.

Or he may be in Hong Kong or Katmandu or Mexico City.
This will make finding him exponentially difficult.
You're all disgusting and transparent.

folk hero.
Embrace we the people and start talking about how bad health insurance can is in this country! Do something good!
If he gets caught and put on the stand and spouts a manifesto into public court record that might get him more support 😂

I think we all know the jury would vote not guilty or jury nullification, which is why he’d never get the chance to go to court.
"Did we waste enough time down here?"
"Yep, nothing down there"
The reward is the standard NYC $10k.
Company gave nothing for a reward.
Family gave nothing.
Coworkers gave no reward.
Maybe it's not worth finding "The Claims Adjuster"
Nobody that knew him has put up any money. Family that's worth millions nothing. Company that's worth billions nothing.
Sounds like he's worth nothing
The Claims Adjuster!

The people have had enough.
He was a rich CEO and will hopefully be the first of many executions.
The ONLY people who give a shit about this are other billionaire CEOs.

Btw, thank you soooo much for helping trashident Trump during the debate, CNN.

He’s a hero.
Not one national news report about any of the rest of them.
The ONLY reason this is still being discussed is because he was a rich white CEO.
Or
Another employee ready to move up & United healthcare
You never know when greed is involved!
