A herniated disk that surgery didn’t fix and they don’t want to/can’t really do anything else with for… oh, 10 years or so. Chronic pain is a fuckin life force drain. 🫂
Ugh. I’m sorry as well. If ya haven’t, get it checked. And then get it checked again. And definitely advocate for yourself or bring someone who can. If you gotta do PT, do it! You only got one back
My spine hurt, then I made mistake of going to chiropractor. Fucker completely slipped l5 disc. I didn't want to get out of bed in am. Would rip a roach then do 10 miles on stationary and use a cane to walk about. Regular rips. Went to neurosurgeon week later he asked how r u even able to walk?
it genuinely does. i stopped believing i could live pain free a long, long time ago. now i just want a chiropractor to physically break my spine into 37 individual pieces
I used to think like this (and sometimes still do), but I have also improved a bit and am finally doing a couple things I could not do before. I hope things improve for you. ♥️

I get fun left leg neuropathy out of it, too 🥳
One of the options we explored was a spinal cord stimulator. I spoke to a chap who had one fitted in 2020 and it was life changing.
Hope it perks up for you!
