I was feeling really quite sad this morning for all sorts of reasons and even contemplated giving parkrun a miss this week. Half an hour steady pace while chatting with a friend though and things feel better. Love parkrun, love the outdoors, but even more ... friends that you can rely on ❤️

I don't run, l cycke.
Often, the thought of a cold, damp ride makes me want to stay in bed.
However, 99 times out of 100, l feel so much better after the exercise.
If you can, you need to do it.
