He thinks Congress has this kind of power over the courts/judiciary? These folks need remedial Civics, or maybe some Schoolhouse Rock videos about 3 co-equal branches.
You can try and defund the courts but you can NOT eliminate entire courts. You have to pass laws to do something like that and you can't pass laws, or budgets, barley CRs.
Of course he does. No shame, just upper sweaty lips and deep, deep, deep up Trumps ass. I bet that app he and his son share goes off all the time, with the son thinking the speaker is into sodomy as much as he tries to crawl up Trumps colon.
Shouldn't he be talking about defunding Hegseth, Vance, Michael Waltz, John Ratcliffe, Tulsi Gabbard, Susie Wiles, Marco Rubio, Stephen Miller, Joe Kent, and Scott Bessent?
One thing to not miss. These people are fucking idiots , I’m not saying to underestimate them ,but the always fuck up some way. You give them enough rope.
Can we just impeach.... all of them. It's a great deal! The BEST deal! Other administrations would just impeach one lowly President. MAGA impeachment gets you the Prez, Vice Prez, The Speaker and a full cabinet!
So when are we going to DC to remove these asshats ourselves? It is starting to worry me how no one wants to have a revolution, we're just going to complain until they strip everything away from us. The American people who didn't vote for 🟠 deserve so much better.
I agree with your sentiment. The problem is that if a large enough crowd peacefully protested in DC, or anywhere else, they’d (forgive the term) Trump up reasons to declare martial law. Civilians exercising their rights to free speech and to peacefully protest would literally be in the crosshairs.
I believe he will declare it anyway. He doesn't need a massive group of people to do it. If we can't do something about him now, then we will have to see if he starts WW 3 by doing something stupid with Greenland.
No, sadly. I wish there would be a non violent end to this but there won't be. What I fear is that he will actually have protestors fired upon. Their defilement of the Constitution is well in effect, so who knows what else the future holds in terms of their "boldness".
Threatening to shut down a district because you don’t like how a judge ruled is exactly the kind of evidence needed to prevent such a change traditionally authorized under Stuart v Laird (1802).
But by all means establish the precedent that allows dems to replace all conservative judges 🤪
Not gonna lie an way off actual subject first time im hearing this creepers voice and wow not what I expected at all
Kinda thought by his look he may sound a bit closer to that of a keebler elf or evil fairy nymph 🧚♂️
I digress…
Trump and friends are set on proving that they, and they alone, *are* the law.
They're not bothered about complying with the law: they believe it doesn't apply to them and are intent on proving that to any who would challenge them.

Can we defund Mike Johnson?
Roberts (SCOTUS) has already opined.
All I can say is: bring it. It will end your party and this presidency.
Hope they like working on nothing but Trump cases.
The only good news is the Supremes may be quite willing to nix this.
into Congress.

Threats against the judiciary would be a good start.

( Legislative Judicial and Executive)
I can hardly believe these mf didn't take government 101.
Mike Johnson knows this is illegal, but believes there's no one who will stop it.
