One genuinely odd finding in the Iowa Poll is that those 35 and younger support Harris by just a 46% to 44% margin while those 65 and older go for Harris by 55% to 36%.

Older white women, not as Republican as you think. (Older women in general, but Iowa's very white.)
And once you start looking at one area of a candidate's record you're furious about, you start seeing more and more of them, even if you hadn't been paying attention already.
It’s Iowa - a lot of these people are in farming and they will tend to be older - they know what a mess Trump was. While younger people probably aren’t farmers and so that didn’t affect them as much.
If they tank the economy "temporarily", as Musk is promising, the 65 and olders won't have time to recover financially and won't have resources for elder care.
Women over 65 are for Harris 2 to 1. We were in our teens and twenties when abortion became legal. We owe our lives to legal abortion and we are NOT going back. When we were born, women had only had the right to vote for 30 years. NOT GOING BACK💪🏽🍞🌹🇺🇸
It is odd, but it’s similar to Biden’s base before he dropped out. In any case, as others have mentioned, Obama won Iowa twice, and it’s been on my radar as a bellwether for an indication of a Harris landslide in the wake of the Dobbs decision. Cheers

I wonder what the male to female split is too.
And now we know fascists outnumber progressives overall.
