Actually orthodoxy restrictions are mostly un-apostolic and lean toward Roman paganism.
Jesus' basic boot camp for his disciples was selflessness and servanthood bound to the gospel of salvation for all. Hierarchy, clergy separation, and dogma weren't his teachings.

Orthodoxy serves self, not others. Taking a widows mite and using most to enrich the pageantry. Spread a few coins for effect but stay inside the chapel and let the lost hurt and hungry stream by not seeking them where they are, because they aren't in the chapel.

It's not about encounters. People are born into Orthodox traditions just as a Methodist or evangelical. The trappings and dogma of each are separated from the last apostles teaching in 100AD resulting in members who hold their traditions as sacrosanct but never test them thoroughly.

Heavily disagree. I was raised orthodox in eastern Poland and the one consistent message I got from priests and religious people was that orthodox is the more chill and forgiving type of Christianity. Hence lax attitude towards alcoholism etc.

Like I told someone, a lot of those guys are going to apostatize in like a decade or less, when they realize a lot of pastors and normal church goers actually do not appreciate them or their views.
