The USA is definitely involved in this space defence program (DARC) it is a trilateral agreement between the USA, UK and Australia with a signed MOU in September 2023.
The US is currently trying to build the 2nd radar system in a Welsh NP.
Canada is part of the Five Eyes.

Yes, Carney has consistently impressed me with his leadership style, which is to give credit to others, and not over aggrandize himself. He also doesn't get rattled when people (like journalists) try and pinion him. He's a good strategic thinker, even in a press scrum.
