Perhaps. But most people who don't vote won't vote period. About 1/3 of eligible voters don't show up for the most active elections (and about 1/2 for off elections). I can't make them vote, but I'm not going to let them claim it's an act of conscience or purpose without challenging that assertion.
So, in theory pointing out that voters have more power to effect change than non-voters might convince someone (either directly or someone else reading the conversation) to try. it's unbelievable how much is at stake, and I have seen no evidence that non-voters are one hug away from participating.
That’s why Republicans use fear. It’s so much more effective. Although when Trump officially becomes the Republican nominee, there might be enough fear instill into most Democrats to hopefully block him from getting a 2nd term.
No but for the people I assume you're referring to nothing else does either, and yelling at people who are being obtuse jerks can be a relief in the short term as long as you don't make a habit of it.

Yelling at people ~not~ to vote, won’t keep them home.
Realistically it's trump or Biden.
As long the white folks upset about Palestine understand last time Trump was in charge, Latina immigrants got forced hysterectomies.
Abbott is only holding back from murdering Latinos because of Biden
No one told me to go back to Mexico until trump.
