How can this be an emergency? Fewer people were coming to the USA, in Biden's last year, than Trump's last year, right? Trump had his MAGA minions block that bipartisan border bill well over a year ago, so that he could have an "issue." Makes no sense to wait a year if it is such an "emergency."

This particular law needs to be struck very badly. It's been used to justify atrocities in the past.
