so I am a big fan of both but I think the second game is just on another level. It depends how much time you have and what kind of tolerance you have to play something that's a little older. You can always look up a synopsis of the first game if you don't really have the time or patience for it

Tolerance for old games: 100%. I routinely go back and play old games just as wolf3d;
