NEW: Utah man drives his car into a Mazda dealership hours after buying it.
In Sandy, Utah, after being told he couldn't return the car, the man warned he'd crash through the door.
The dealership stuck to its "sold as-is" policy.
True to his word, the man drove through the front door.

Last car I inspected, I brought a jack, two jackstands, $1000 Autel code reader, regular & UV flashlights, paint magnet, combustion gas tester, and a large toolbox.
Nasty work will be done
not acceptable
When you buy a car "as is" and DON'T get it checked out before you sign the papers, it's *your* problem once you drive it off the lot. And if a dealership won't allow you to have a mechanic check it before purchase, *don't* buy it.

I couldn't understand what he was saying tho.
And was he arrested?
Kolar Buick and Toyota did something similar. I bought a used car for my daughter and her daughters. She is driving it back up here to Duluth MN, I asked for something safe.
Some states have lemon laws in place because of this!
(And also fortunate for the dealership, who will just buff out a few scratches and sell it again 😁)
People are sick of no integrity having people being in charge.
This is why sleep is important.
What did the dealership do?
How bad would they have had to screw him for this response?
