Once more, a bit wearily: AI doesn't know anything. It's a giant autocomplete engine. That's all. Stop expecting it to know things or to understand things.

Siri, Alexa, etc worked on those more specific routes and were cumbersome and expensive and brittle.
So they want something generalised and flexible. But with that comes inherent uncertainty and inaccuracy.
They’re trying to find how much we accept
