imo it needs continually noted most cases of precocious puberty have zero medical reason to halt. it's usually done to alleviate distress due to social factors of having puberty before peers..if safe for cis kids to use purely for social reasons (no real medical necessity), it MUST be safe for trans

I thought it was mainly due to making sure the bones could have more time to develop fully? something about how precocious puberty makes the bones stop developing sooner than they should so blockers help with allowing the bones to develop on a normal timeline.
