Because, that's just Junebug.
I can't find any evidence on the CDC's website that this specific Henipavirus has actually ever infected humans.
There is a low level concern that it might spillover into humans.

Shrews and humans don't interact a lot so the risk is low. It's still a thing the CDC should probably keep an eye on but it's not infecting humans currently.
