I'm pretty sure it means 'like that', as I hear folk say this all the time round my parts of Glasgow when they're recounting something they ( or someone they're gossiping about ) said or did.
If people like this they should definitely check out Burnistoun, the sketch show Rab made with Iain Connell for BBC Scotland - it’s absolute gold. Two Litre Bottle of Ginger is still probably one of the funniest sketches ever written.

Wow. Reminds me of a woman I saw on Twitter (I think?) who would do Scottish words of the day with context and proper pronunciation. She was a delight but I can't remember her name.
