We are doing some exciting things in Chicago with AI literacy, my sense is for teachers its crucial to get past the hype to meaningful use cases, the marketing noise slapping AI on everything new and old is not helping

I want to pick a time that is not too late for the EST and not too early for the PST. 7PM or 8Pm. The day of the week is pretty open. Maybe Wednesday? What are your thoughts?

California passed a late start law a few years ago. All secondary schools now start and end later on the west coast. I don't make it home until 4:15 if I hurry. So I vote 5PST/8EST. And if by Wednesday you really mean Thursday, then I'm in. (I have other meetings every Wednesday in December.)
