To be honest I'm not going to take it that seriously, I think anything that rigid would only make me less likely to do it.

I'm just trying to be more aware of the ideas that are locked inside my head - if I find myself explaining something more than once, I should try to write it down properly.

I can easily get lost in an audiobook while working out or driving so I don't see myself moving away from them but I'll be more intentional about slowing down when I get to physically read anything from an email, to an article or a book.
