In Stardew I should be able to pause the game when decorating my house because every time I get one of the new furniture catalogs I waste a whole day to decorate and neglect my farm animals π

If you don't finish the day you can just quit to the main menu and then load back in to restart that day. So you can experiment with stuff and just restart if something goes wrong.
I have to do this often when Iβm planning my sprinkler and scarecrow layouts on the Switch. Those are the times I miss mods the most. But I love the portability of the Switch.
On my partner and iβs playthrough we used that mod to make the whole game time like 5x slower. Were stressing too much with the short days and the longer days just made it a lot more cozy.
No, but like literally!!! Then I feel bad I didnβt get the chance to gift things to people I was planning to be closer with so then I feel like a bad farmer/friend π₯Ήπ₯Ήπ₯Ή
Only if you like life sim games, itβs very heavy on the βdaily choresβ (at least until later game when you can automate most things). Yeah Iβm pretty sure itβs on Xbox
Usually when I decorate I save that time for the winter, but now there's plentiful things to do then, so now I have no time to chill! I've got powdermelon to grow!
I so want a pause button too, so I can peruse, over and plan where to put things and arrange it all! I have been known to take a photo on my phone to study what trees need to go and where to put fences! π€£
I've used this planner before for planning overall farm layout, which reminds me I think you can do indoors too, so maybe I should use it more! but sometimes doing it in the game is the only way to really decide. https://stardewplanner.com
