It's a wanky thing to say but it helps build the brand. You see how venues like the So-Fi/The Sphere in LV, so much of the exposure that they generate is from content created by those inside the venue.

And it's in human nature that if you can't share something asap, you're more likely not to share.

That’s fair but I’d imagine many people could be unfamiliar with the stadium/visiting for the first time. Leaving aside everyone not being on their phones all the time which I agree with it will be nice to just check the scores of other games.

Sounds counterintuitive but I genuinely believe this new phone mast could reduce time on phones. I know I personally spend 90% of my phone time waiting for things to load when I'm at a match.

Talk of expansion overblown. They are sensibly reviewing everything. But most likely to be minor changes to catering and hospitality set up, etc. One area they could make a difference is with safe standing in the lower bowl. More for experience than capacity.
