RFKJ supporters are like “he’s just asking questions, what’s wrong with that” and the questions are like why do vaccines cause super autism in children exposed to WiFi radiation?

I spent a good few minutes trying to think of a snappy 'yes and', but everything I thought of are things I could see being approved now, and I hate it...
"Just asking questions" while then immediately blocking your ears, screaming, and running in the other direction so they can go ask the same questions somewhere else and never worry about hearing the answers.
The name I use for people like this are jaqoffs. JAQ = "Just Asking Questions". It's obviously not a coincidence that it looks a lot like the derogatory slang term "jagoff".
Being a physician really sucks at times but I am beyond thrilled to learn that I am just one dead bear away from tremendous administrative public health possibilities.
“yes of course turning the lights out when going to bed _sounds_ like a good idea, but have we properly mitigated the risk exposure from the monsters under the bed?”
Except they think that's a really important question, so we should maybe have crazy good answers on deck from now on. Like site 3 studies and summarize them. Docs need to over explain for a while.
Visual representations of data work better than personal appeal. I used to use personal stories to illustrate what I was talking about, but I found their empathy isn't high enough for that.
This is good stuff! I love it. I like that it also likely catches them off-guard, hopefully they realize that if someone has a chart just ready to go that maybe it would mean that their "questions" maybe aren't really that novel
Is that they don't know, low intellect, know they have limited understanding and have been told time and time again they are wrong.
Now that someone agrees with them and permits them to gloat about it gleefully. Or so they think, looks of white dude fafo about using "that " word publicly..
The right response is something like “if you really want to know the answers, let’s start by signing you up for biochemistry, immunology, and epidemiology courses. You up for it or you just want to listen to the TL;DR from folks that already did?”
No. It’s fine to not believe in vaccines and other medical improvements.
On the other hand, he should visit people with measles, COVID, and other infections to train his immune system.
Tip for the old administration: Just put it as a regular reminder in the calendar.
Also asking questions like “when can we ban all vaccines?”, and “why can’t we just drink raw milk instead of taking antibiotics for sepsis?”. This man has no business making healthcare-related policy.
“he’s just asking questions, what’s wrong with that”
Because his questions are inane and nonsensical. Because he's a lawyer, lacks knowledge of virology and immunology. And because he's crazy.
The problem with people who are “just asking questions” is they aren’t listening to the answers. Almost all the commonly asked questions have been comprehensively answered a long time ago. But they never bother checking if they’ve been answered already.

Odd folk.
Nope, sorry, I just can't.

because they're not actually asking questions, and they don't actually want to be informed
No idea what the solution is here, honestly

It's going to be absolute Mardi Gras for Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter etc....
