And I would struggle to consider this equivalent to a pub, much closer to a fact casual restaurant.

and at pubs, just like restaurants, there's often a family section with a playground.

You also see the polar opposite - Utah prohibits this *by law* - places that serve beer without food are "bars" and no one under the age of 21 is allowed in a "bar."
